Hey, all! I’ll be giving a tutorial on how I created the cut-out effects in Hidden in Plain Sight at twitch.tv/japtar10101 on 3:00 PM EDT today. I’ll actually be re-creating the effect from scratch, so you get to see how little programming I used to create this neat effect. Edit: stream is over, but you can see the recording below:
